Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Order cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact 5theracreations@gmail.com.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of the package’s delivery date. Requests made after 14 days from delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund.
